Synopsis

Set in the colorful and raw streets of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, a fiery teen’s quest for identity amid her overprotective single mother’s watchful eye. Follow Ali as she rebels and discovers her musical gift through piano lessons with her sage mentor, Miss Liza Jane, and sparks a love story with street drummer Knuck. Tensions rise with personal conflicts involving her estranged father, Davis. Through successes and struggles, Ali learns to cherish her expression, her heritage, and the community that defines her. This timeless and heartfelt coming-of-age journey is packed with spirit, love, and music.
